how do i book an appointment?
The quickest and easiest way to book with us is through our online booking. It is available 24/7 and your request will be answered in a timely manner. If you need further assistance with booking, you can always call us at 520-749-3663
what if i'm running late or need to cancel?
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule, give notice for a change in desired service, or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in being charged 50% of your scheduled service. In addition, any client who no shows will be asked for a 50% deposit in order to book a future appointment.
Late Policy
We will always do our best to accommodate you, but any client who is 15+ minutes late may be offered a shortened service if available or will need to reschedule. If you are running late and we need to reschedule, you are subject to being charged 50% of your scheduled appointment.
Why do your stylists have different prices?
Our pricing is based on our stylist's availability, not their experience. The more booked a stylist is, the higher their price point is. To see more information on pricing, please visit our services page.
